Canceling an Order
You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call  during  hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-5 business days. We do not take cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

Please contact our customer service first to resolve any discrepancies.

Due to the nature of our business ensure that you intend to place an order with us before purchasing because we do not offer refunds to orders that are marked delivered.By placing an order with Brighttiss you do agree to this policy and please remember All Sales are Final.

For orders that arrive damaged due to shipping we can definitely replace them after 4 working days
