A) Brighttiss contains natural safe ingredients. We guarantee our products do not contain any steroids,Hydroquinone or Mercury. Your safety and good health are our top priorities.
Q) What are the side effects of using Celebrity Skin Glow

A) Our products have been approved and tested by dermatologists and is safe for all skin types. Brighttiss  can cause skin lightening on areas it is applied to. Dark spots and hyper pigmentation can't be treated without lightening and our products contain natural fruit acids.  will exfoliate your skin and might cause some peeling, tingling and fast skin lightening on areas applied. These are normal when the product is working.It  is for external use only and it's not safe for human consumption.

Q) When will I notice results?

A) Most people notice visible results as early as 10days. Results may vary depending on your skin type and typically take up to 2 weeks.

Q) Are  Brighttiss results permanent?
Should I continue using the product after I achieve my desired skin tone?

A). After achieving your desired skin tone/getting rid of dark spots/hyper-pigmentation you may stop using  Brighttiss daily but it's important to use often to maintain results. Results are permanent as long as you don't expose your skin to the sun. We recommend that you use sunblock of at least SPF 60 to maintain results. Over exposure to the sun should be avoided by all skin types.

Q) How long will an order of  Brighttiss last?

A)  Brighttiss offers products with different sizes and it depends on what you are using it for but our average product will last about 8 weeks for the 400ml. The 100ml lasts about 3-4 weeks.

Q). How should  Brighttiss be applied?

A) Apply on the area that you want to treat/lighten at least 2-3 times daily. Apply the day and night time cream evenly on your face and body every morning/night to start the intensive skin repair and brightening. In the morning, apply sunblock of at least SPF 60.

Q) Should it be applied precisely on the dark spots or in the general areas of the affected skin?

A) Apply the product on areas that need to clear up. it can also be applied on general areas of your skin for an overall safe skin brightening/lightening.

Q) How does  Brighttiss lighten the skin?

A) The Fruit acids exfoliates the skin's surface. This process lifts hyperpigmented skin and hence lightens the skin. Once the skin reveals a new layer, it becomes twice more effective in absorbing the lightening cream, which is very effective in achieving brighter/lighter skin.

Q) Does  Brighttiss work on all skin types?

A) Yes, our products have been proven to work on all skin types. Every race, skin type color and gender.

Q)Can it be used by men and women?

A)  Brighttiss can be used by men and women aged 12 years old and above. Please consult your physician before use if you have any special skin/medical conditions.

A) Yes we accept all International orders and we ship worldwide using ups.

Q)Is it safe to order online? Will my credit card be charged without my approval?

A) We can never charge your credit card unless you place your order. Orders are processed by a credit card processing company and we do not get your personal information directly. One of the most effective ways to protect yourself from identity theft is to keep your financial information private. PayPal enables you to pay without sharing your financial information with sellers. You will never be charged without your approval.

Q) My order had a medium or high risk of fraud,I was asked to send something with my address to confirm I placed the order,what happens to this information ?

A) Any piece of identification received from you is discarded as soon as your identity is verifie

Q) Where can I purchase Brighttiss  ?
A) Currently,  Brighttiss is only sold exclusively on our website  until we announce official stores and resellers. If you buy it anywhere else, it is probably fake as we currently have no distributors unless we specifically authorize a pick up via email. Please feel free to contact us if you are aware of any illegal distributors

Q) Does  Brighttisscause Cancer and Infertility 

A) We have had and are also aware of published rumors and false stories written by blogs and others. Our product contains no mercury, no steroids or Hydroquinone. It does not cause cancer and/or infertility. Brighttiss  is manufactured in Switzerland and distributed in Maryland . We recommend you avoid skin lightening products that contain Hydroquinone, Mercury or Steroids. More importantly DO NOT purchase our product via unauthorized distributors who are probably selling illegal fake products. Our products have been tested by dermatologists and are safe for use.

Q) how long does it take to receive my order?

A) we usually process orders within 1-4days business days.When your order is processed,you receive a tracking number that allows you to see where your order is and when it will be delivered.Orders within the United States usually take 1-3business days to arrive.Orders outside the USA take 3-7 business days to arrive via Ups.Please be advised we do not track your orders for you.Everyone receives a tracking number

 Canceling an Order
You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call  during  hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-5 business days. We do not take cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
